Compass Group USA, ESFM division, seeks a Housekeeping Service Manager to oversee operation and customer service of the EVS/housekeeping department at client sites. The role emphasizes maintaining cleanliness, staff coordination, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

The position requires supervisory experience, strong communication, and budgeting awareness, with a focus on delivering exceptional service under demanding conditions.

Qualifications

• 4 years of support services, military, housekeeping, and/or facilities maintenance experience.
• 1+ years of supervisory/management experience.
• Strong work ethic, initiative for quality and customer service.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, both one-on-one and in groups.
• Ability to manage staff using a participative approach.
• Understanding of budgeting processes and P&L awareness.
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a high level of cleanliness in assigned areas.
• Participates in recruitment and staff selection process.
• Assists with housekeeper scheduling.
• Assigns established work areas and project duties.
• Plans and coordinates project work.
• Attends and participates in staff meetings and training courses.
• Provides guidance and motivation to employees.
• Participates in Quality Assurance programs.
