Live Well is seeking an Environmental Service Project Manager to lead multi-facility EVS operations. The role focuses on staff leadership, budget oversight, and ensuring a clean, safe environment across facilities.

Candidate must manage cleaning programs, train staff on protocols, and coordinate with departments to meet client expectations while upholding Live Well’s mission and standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a manager/supervisor of Environmental Services or similar.
• Ability to work with little supervision and maintain high performance.
• Customer oriented and positive attitude.
• Strong prioritization and time management skills.
• Ability to operate floor scrubbing machines and related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor cleaning staff; schedule and supervise technicians.
• Oversee budget control, payroll, and project status reporting.
• Ensure safety compliance and OSHA standards; enforce infection control policies.
• Coordinate with other departments to minimize disruption to operations.
• Perform routine inspections and maintain high facility cleanliness standards.
