Zoom is seeking a Regional Event Marketing and Virtual Event Specialist to lead end-to-end execution of virtual and live events across the Americas. You will partner with Field Marketing, Sales, Channel, and Integrated Marketing to coordinate the regional events calendar and drive pipeline growth.

This role emphasizes organization and cross-functional collaboration, managing timelines, logistics, and post-event analysis, with travel of about 10% and a hybrid working arrangement.

Formación

• 3+ years of B2B marketing and event marketing experience.
• Hands-on management of virtual and live events, webinars, and hospitality events.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel 10%+.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end coordination for virtual programs and live events across the Americas.
• Coordinate event campaigns, enable sales, and build landing pages with marketing ops.
• Serve as the central communications hub across multiple teams.
• Own the regional marketing calendar and align with the AMER plan.
• Track program performance across engagement, pipeline influence, and brand sentiment.
• Develop post-event insights to elevate the portfolio.
