Orange EV is seeking a Field Service Technician to perform field service on local Orange EV vehicles. You will diagnose, repair, and analyze root causes, study Remote Monitoring System data, and report findings. You will also assist sales and provide training while coordinating with customers and third-party providers.

The role requires traveling for training and service delivery, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working with a team to implement a comprehensive service strategy for the region.

Competenze

• Experience in automotive or electrical industries preferred.
• Willing to travel as required.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and occasionally 75–100 lbs.

Mansioni

• Understand the vehicle system to diagnose and repair effectively.
• Represent Orange EV professionally.
• Use Remote Monitoring System and Service Records to plan service.
• Record all service activity in the service records system.
• Communicate with customers and third-party providers to aid diagnosis.
• Coordinate with site manager and electrician on charging infrastructure logistics.
• Evaluate conversion vehicle candidates and report condition.
• Support Customer Technicians and Third-Party Providers with ancillary repairs.
• Provide secure storage for tools, parts, and items at field location.
• Deliver Operator and Maintenance training and support sales efforts.
• Travel as required for training and to meet service goals.
