Job summary

Orange EV LLC is seeking a Field Service Technician in Columbus, OH to diagnose, repair and support local EV fleet operations. You will monitor Remote Monitoring System data, record service work, and collaborate with customers and third-party providers to ensure effective repairs.

The role requires 1+ year in automotive/electrical fields, strong problem solving and customer service skills, and readiness to travel for training and field coverage. A technical diploma is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma; related technical degree preferred.
• 1+ years experience in automotive or electrical industries.
• MS Office Suite proficiency (Excel, Word, TEAMS).
• Analytical approach to problem solving; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair vehicles using system knowledge.
• Record service activity in the service record system.
• Communicate with customers and third-party service providers.
• Assist with logistics for charging infrastructure location, cost, and timing.
• Evaluate vehicle conditions and prepare reports on service actions.
• Travel for initial training and ongoing field coverage.
