OBE in Dallas is seeking a Regional Estimating Manager to lead and develop a regional team of estimators, shaping bids for a wide range of projects and ensuring timely, accurate results. The role collaborates with Sales, Operations, and Project Management to align bids with strategy and facility capabilities.

You will read architectural drawings, analyze specifications, and review market pricing while mentoring staff and upholding OBE’s value-based approach across diverse sectors including

• Experience in estimating or project management within glass, glazing, or construction-related fields.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications with precision.
• Strong math and geometry skills.
• Experience leading teams and collaborating cross-functionally.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a regional team of estimators to meet high standards of quality, accuracy, and service.
• Evaluate bid specifications, architectural drawings, and project details to ensure successful bid execution.
