Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope (OBE) is seeking an Architectural Facade Design Manager to lead architectural specification efforts across Texas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas, based in Dallas. You will promote OBE and CRL products to architects, designers, and general contractors, building a strong pipeline and driving project opportunities from concept to completion.

The role requires deep knowledge of the glazing industry, 5+ years in related roles, and the ability to travel ~30% regionally.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in project management, architectural sales, or related roles within the design community.
• Strong knowledge of the glass and glazing industry.
• Bachelor’s degree required; LEED or BIM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote OBE and CRL products to architects and designers to secure specifications.
• Track opportunities and manage the CRM pipeline for the region.
