Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope in Fremont, CA is seeking a Regional Estimating Manager to lead a regional team of estimators and ensure accurate, timely bid responses for projects across our markets. You will evaluate bid specifications, read architectural drawings, collaborate with Sales, Operations and Project Management, and drive profitability while delivering outstanding customer experiences.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills, able to balance multiple projects and priorities.
• A proactive, self-starting attitude and a focus on delivering results.

What You’ll Get to Do

As the Regional Estimating Manager, you'll lead and support a talented estimating team that helps shape the skylines and environments where people live, learn, and work. You'll oversee all estimators within your region, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and excellence in every customer interaction and project bid.

Position Pay Range : $95,000 USD - $110,000 USD
