OBE in Dallas is seeking a Regional Estimating Manager to lead and develop a regional team of estimators, shaping bids for a wide range of projects and ensuring timely, accurate results. The role collaborates with Sales, Operations, and Project Management to align bids with strategy and facility capabilities.

What You’ll Get to Do

As the Regional Estimating Manager , you’ll lead and support a talented estimating team that helps shape the skylines and environments where people live, learn, and work. You’ll oversee all estimators within your region, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and excellence in every customer interaction and project bid.

Your responsibilities will include:

Position Pay Range

$95,000 - $110,000 USD
