Glassco is seeking a dynamic Project Manager/Estimator in Ohio to lead glazing projects from bid to completion. You will work with clients, review specs, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role requires 3+ years in Estimator or PM roles within construction, strong analytical skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple tasks. Travel to project sites will be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Estimator or Project Manager experience in construction.
• In-depth knowledge of glazing materials and processes.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to sites.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Review project specs and drawings to scope work accurately.
• Source vendors and negotiate material pricing and delivery timelines.
• Collaborate with operations and clients on cost-saving value engineering.
• Submit proposals that meet bid deadlines and project requirements.
• Analyze completed projects to compare estimates with actual costs and identify improvements.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure timely project completion.
