OBE is seeking a Regional Estimating Manager to lead a team of estimators, ensuring accurate bids and timely delivery for projects across the region. You will partner with Sales, Operations and PM to align bids with company capabilities and market conditions, driving profitability and customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership, experience in estimating or project management within glazing or construction, and the ability to read architectural drawings with precision.

What You’ll Get to Do

As the Regional Estimating Manager, you’ll lead and support a talented estimating team that helps shape the skylines and environments where people live, learn, and work. You’ll oversee all estimators within your region, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and excellence in every customer interaction and project bid.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading a regional team of estimators to meet OBE’s high standards of quality, accuracy, and service.
• Evaluating bid specifications, architectural drawings, and project details to ensure successful bid execution.
• Collaborating closely with Sales, Operations, and Project Management to align bids with business strategy and facility capabilities.
• Maintaining strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to drive efficiency and innovation.
• Reviewing and analyzing market pricing, providing insights that guide business decisions.
• Supporting your team’s professional growth and development.
• Championing OBE’s value-based business model to maintain profitability while delivering superior customer experiences.

Position Pay Range

$95,000 — $110,000 USD
