AECOM is seeking a Senior Regional Estimating Manager to lead estimating services across the East Buildings + Places business. The role oversees regional estimators, ensures quality and consistency, and represents AECOM in client discussions and cost reviews.

The ideal candidate has a strong technical estimating background, proven leadership, and the ability to manage teams across offices while pursuing new estimating tools and AI-driven efficiencies. Travel ~20–25% to other offices and sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field with 10 years of estimating experience.
• Experience managing estimating staff or function.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance.
• Knowledge of UFC/DoD cost estimating criteria.
• United States Citizen required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor estimators across multiple offices, balancing workloads and expanding the regional team.
• Oversee conceptual, parametric, and detailed cost estimates through all design phases.
• Act as the primary estimator for the region in client meetings and design charrettes.
• Develop estimating portions of proposals, including scope, staffing, and fees.
