Job summary

CRB is seeking a Regional Lead Estimator to develop conceptual and schematic cost estimates for complex projects in its core markets. The role involves leading a team of estimators, collaborating with project managers and clients, and ensuring estimates align with budgets and scope.

The ideal candidate will have 10–15 years of multi‑discipline estimating experience, a solid grasp of design‑build and integrated delivery, and strong communication skills while travelling regionally as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 10–15 years of experience in multi-discipline estimating in life sciences, food & beverage, industrial, or commercial sectors.
• Strong understanding of design‑build and integrated project delivery methods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel regionally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of conceptual and schematic cost estimates for engineering, construction, and integrated delivery projects.
• Mentor junior estimators and contribute to estimating standards and tools within the region.
• Collaborate with project managers, design teams, and clients to align estimates with project scope and financial targets.
• Manage and coordinate trade estimators to produce detailed estimates including labor, materials, and other cost components.
• Conduct risk analyses from CRB and client perspectives.
