Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Reliable supporter: Provide outstanding assistance to the closing representative to ensure smooth sales and maintain client relationships through white-glove service.
• Document processor: Prepare loan documents for signing, present loan documents, and return documents to lender after signing; follow up on funding conditions.
• Insightful advisor: Review real estate purchase contracts for completeness and clarity; perform a title check and prepare estimated closing statements.
• Deal finisher: Maintain files, record documentation, send checks after closing, and transmit documents to the lender.
• Relationship and business builder: Build and maintain relationships with industry players to be the first choice for escrow processing.
