You will collaborate with senior leadership, the National Operations Center, and cross-functional partners to ensure service excellence, provide training, monitor KPIs, and lead regional initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in title/escrow operations with multi-state oversight.
• Proven expertise in operational support, process optimization and risk mitigation.
• Strong leadership and team development skills in a support capacity.
• Experience with sales strategy and CRM utilization is a plus.
• Proficiency with operational tools and reporting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and standardize operational processes for efficiency across escrow teams.
• Collaborate with NOC to standardize workflows between NOC and branches.
• Monitor KPIs, identify trends, and drive performance improvements.
• Provide training and support to regional escrow teams.
• Champion technology adoption to streamline operations and improve customer experience.
• Develop training programs and maintain process documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate improvements.
