The position is 100% remote across the US and requires strong leadership and problem-solving skills. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in business management within the closing/title/real estate space, with supervisory experience and excellent communication abilities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of business management experience in closing/title/real estate.
• Preferred 2+ years of supervisory or management experience.
• Interpersonal influencing and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills; technical/functional knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and support to the operations team, answering questions and overseeing training.
• Review and evaluate performance of each area of processing.
• Manage employees to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Act as second escalation point for customer and client issues and provide solutions.
• Map processes and systems with leadership to improve efficiency.
