Job summary

Market Street Settlement Group, a leading title and closing provider, seeks a Regional Operations Support Manager to optimize escrow workflows across brands and states. You will drive standardization, KPI-driven improvements, and cross-functional collaboration with NOC and senior leadership.

Lead regional teams, mitigate risk, and pilot innovative programs using data-driven insights while partnering with IT to deploy BOTs, AI tools, and dashboards that enhance efficiency and customer experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in title and escrow operations with multi-state oversight.
• Proven expertise in operational support, process optimization, and risk mitigation.
• Strong leadership and team development skills in a support capacity.
• Experience in sales strategy and CRM utilization is a plus.
• Proficiency in operational tools, reporting platforms, and project management systems.
• Ability to travel regionally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, refine, and standardize operational processes to increase efficiency for escrow teams.
• Collaborate with the National Operations Center to standardize workflows between NOC and branches.
• Monitor KPIs, identify trends, and implement improvements.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to regional escrow departments.
• Design and execute regional initiatives to enhance efficiency, profitability, and customer experience.
• Pilot innovative programs using a test-and-learn approach and data feedback.
• Work with cross-functional teams to integrate process improvements and boost customer satisfaction.
• Champion adoption and integration of technology platforms in escrow operations.
