Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in purchasing and operations.
• Minimum 2 years heavy equipment experience.
• 1–2 years of management experience required.
• Ability to work cross-functionally.
• Strong ability to maintain professional relationships with customers, vendors and staff.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Sales: prepare invoices, match to quotes, verify calculations, and support margins.
• Fleet: monitor inventory, pricing, lead times, and rental fleet levels.
• Rental: supervise Rental Coordinator/Truck Driver schedules and coverage, approve credits.
• Organizational: assist with vendor pricing, trade shows, and cross-departmental collaboration.
