Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in environmental services, equipment operations, or related field.
• Proven experience managing equipment operations, inventory, and maintenance programs across multiple locations.
• Strong understanding of environmental field equipment, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Mechanical aptitude with pumps, gauges, meters, small engines, and related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement national equipment management strategy across locations.
• Oversee equipment maintenance, calibration, inspection, repair, and replacement programs.
• Manage staff, hiring, training, and coaching for equipment store personnel and regional managers.
• Coordinate procurement, including supplier management and budget planning.
