Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in purchasing/operations with 2+ years heavy equipment experience.
• 1-2 years of management experience required.

• Strong relationships with customers, vendors, and staff.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Sales invoicing and creating invoices on sold machines/attachments.
• Match invoices to quotes and verify calculations with finance.
• Analyze sales to confirm margins and maintain a deals folder.
• Source attachments and coordinate with service for PDI/delivery dates.
• Schedule delivery and support quotes for equipment and attachments.
• Validate CRM quotes for accuracy and determine all costs.
• Monitor inventory and rental fleet levels across branches.
• Communicate pricing and lead times with manufacturers.
