The role emphasizes collaboration with leadership, hands-on management, and performance reviews. Travel up to 70% within the territory is expected, with opportunities for professional development and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or technical equivalent with ≥5 years equipment management experience.
• Experience managing P&L responsibilities in mining, construction, or manufacturing.
• Experience with electronic equipment management systems.
• Foundational mechanical knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead Equipment Managers in repair and maintenance decisions.
• Drive cost reduction and operational efficiency while maintaining high equipment availability.
• Visit stakeholder locations to identify opportunities and provide on-site support.
• Develop and execute a five-year CapEx strategy for equipment replacement and lifecycle.
• Communicate progress to leadership and drive change across teams.
