Texas Materials, a CRH company, seeks an Area Equipment Manager in Jasper, TX to optimise fleet assets with a strong focus on safety, reliability, and cost-effectiveness. You will collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to drive repairs, maintenance strategies, and efficiency gains on a regional scale.

The role requires hands-on management, financial acumen, and the ability to align equipment decisions with business objectives across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related experience; 5+ years of equipment management experience preferred.
• Experience managing P&L responsibility and strong financial acumen.
• Experience in mining, construction, or manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead Equipment Managers in repair and maintenance decision-making through coaching and hands-on support.
• Drive cost reduction and operational efficiency while maintaining high equipment availability.
• Maintain open communication with end users, stakeholders, and internal teams via multiple channels.
• Visit stakeholder locations regularly to identify opportunities and provide on-the-ground support.
• Communicate progress and recommendations to leadership and teams.
