Job summary

Texas Materials, A CRH company, is seeking an Area Equipment Manager to lead and optimise the fleet assets across a designated region. You will focus on safety, reliability, productivity, and cost-effectiveness, partnering with CRH leadership and field teams to drive results.

Responsibilities include coaching Equipment Managers, overseeing CapEx planning, supplier relationships, and lifecycle management, while delivering strong P&L performance and a robust safety culture in a multi-site

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of equipment management experience.
• Experience with P&L responsibility.
• Experience in mining, construction, or manufacturing.
• Experience with electronic equipment management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead Equipment Managers in repair and maintenance decision-making through coaching and hands-on support.
• Drive cost reduction and operational efficiency while maintaining high equipment availability.
• Maintain open communication with end users and stakeholders via phone, email, and in-person visits.
• Visit stakeholder locations regularly to identify opportunities and provide on-the-ground support.
• Communicate progress and recommendations to leadership and teams.
