Job summary

Texas Materials, a CRH company, seeks an Area Equipment Manager to lead and optimise fleet assets across the Cedar Park region. The role focuses on safety, reliability, productivity, and cost effectiveness, working with CRH leadership and field teams.

You will guide Equipment Managers in repair decisions, enhance asset utilisation, and manage financial performance at the business-unit level, driving cost-reduction and efficiency initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, technical school degree, or related experience; minimum 5 years equipment management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Equipment Managers in repair and maintenance decision-making.
• Drive cost reduction and operational efficiency while maintaining equipment availability.
• Visit stakeholder locations regularly to identify opportunities and provide on-ground support.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive five-year CapEx strategy.
• Partner with Equipment Managers and external dealers to establish long-term supplier relationships.
• Optimise asset lifecycle management to maximise cost efficiency.
• Communicate progress and recommendations to divisional leadership.
