• Lead Equipment Managers in repair and maintenance decision-making with guidance and hands-on support.
• Drive cost reduction and efficiency while maintaining high equipment availability.
• Visit stakeholder locations to identify opportunities and provide on-site support.
• Communicate progress and recommendations to leadership teams.
