Job summary

Vega is seeking a Regional Director to lead and scale the enterprise sales team across the Western U.S., with Bay Area preference and openness to SoCal, AZ, NV. You will hire, coach, and develop Regional Sales Managers, owning revenue, pipeline, new-logo acquisition, and expansion while coordinating with Sales Engineering, Marketing, Channel, and leadership.

You will build executive relationships with CISOs and security leaders, craft account plans, and drive a repeatable motion for enterprise

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise sales experience with increasing responsibility.
• 2+ years leading enterprise sales teams as a first-line leader.
• Proven success selling into large, complex enterprises with six- to seven-figure deals.
• Strong track record in strategic account planning and multi-year agreements.
• Ability to engage CISOs and VP-level security leaders with credibility.
• Experience leveraging channel partners to penetrate large accounts.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presence.
• Must be willing to travel regionally for meetings and events.

Responsibilities

• Hire, onboard, coach, and develop a high‑performing enterprise Regional Sales Manager team.
• Own regional revenue, pipeline, new-logo acquisition, and expansion performance.
• Coach complex enterprise deals with account strategy and close plans.
• Build a repeatable motion for acquiring logos and expanding strategic accounts.
• Establish executive relationships with CISOs and security leaders across prospects and partners.
• Create pipeline through proactive territory execution and account planning.
• Maintain forecast discipline with regular reviews and accurate forecasting.
• Partner with Vega Channel, Sales Engineering, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to remove obstacles.
• Represent Vega in the market through meetings, briefings, partnerships, and events.
