Job summary

The University of Toledo is seeking a Regional Enrollment Manager I to drive enrollment in the Pittsburgh region. You will counsel students on admissions, aid, programs, and resources, helping them plan education paths aligned with their goals and abilities.

Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in college admissions or recruiting, with strong communication and public speaking skills. Evening/weekend hours and travel are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Sales, Marketing, Communication, or related field.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in college admissions or recruiting.
• Strong cross-cultural and interpersonal communication, writing, and public speaking skills.
• Ability to present the University in a positive way to diverse populations through student-centered enrollment strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide admission and financial aid counseling to students in the Pittsburgh region.
• Inform students about admission processes, policies, programs, and resources.
• Assist students in selecting majors and planning educational strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with partners and prospective students.
• Possibly manage one or more recruitment officers and drive enrollment growth.
