Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years of electrical engineering or related design/field experience.
• Experience in power system modeling and relay design.
• Proficient with standard software tools and Microsoft Office for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop engineering teams with technical guidance and performance feedback.
• Oversee engineering project execution ensuring quality, schedules and budgets meet requirements.
• Coordinate resources, workload, and priorities to support business needs.
• Provide technical guidance on designs, analyses, and custom solutions for electrical power systems.
