Job summary

RMS Energy Co. is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex electrical infrastructure projects across commercial, industrial, and power generation facilities in the United States.

The role involves managing retrofits, relay replacements, and protection upgrades, coordinating with field technicians, subcontractors, and engineers to ensure safety and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of project management experience, familiarity with power systems, and PMP or NETA credentials

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in project management.
• PMP certification or NETA 2/3/4 preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related technical field (or equivalent work experience).
• Willingness to travel up to 30% across the continental U.S.
• Experience in commercial or industrial power systems is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of assigned projects from kickoff to closeout, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
• Define scope, deliverables, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with engineering, field services, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project alignment.
• Manage contracts and ensure compliance from both a technical and commercial perspective.
• Interpret customer requirements and convert them into actionable project plans.
• Oversee technical accuracy, regulatory compliance, and quality of project execution.
