Job summary

ADM is seeking a Regional Engineering Manager to provide technical leadership as the Owner's Engineer for regional projects. You will oversee engineering disciplines, coordinate with EPC contractors, and ensure alignment with corporate standards across multiple sites.

Lead the preparation of bid packages, manage scope and budgets, review proposals, and mentor junior staff while traveling up to 25% to site locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Civil, or related discipline) required.
• Professional licenses such as PE/PMP or equivalent are preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive engineering experience in process industries (oil & gas, specialty chemicals, food & beverage, or agricultural processing) required.
• Demonstrated ability to act as Owner's Engineer, coordinating multi-discipline engineering efforts and interfacing across diverse teams.
• Experience preparing and evaluating technical bid packages and EPC proposals.

Responsibilities

• Function as the Owner's Engineer, providing technical leadership and oversight for regional projects.
• Serve as the central engineering interface between project teams, EPC contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Lead the creation and review of detailed engineering design packages across multiple disciplines.
• Develop and assemble technical bid packages with scope, design basis, and evaluation criteria.
• Review EPC proposals and contractor submittals to ensure compliance with standards and best practices.

Education
