Job summary

Lincoln Property Company is seeking a Regional Engineering Operations Manager to lead engineering teams across a defined portfolio, drive performance, tenant satisfaction, and compliance with standards.

You will partner with the Director, recruit staff, align regional budgets, oversee energy efficiency initiatives, and implement safety and quality controls across locations while coordinating with owners and asset managers.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of working or industry-related experience.
• Engineering and trade licenses required per local, state, or national requirements.
• SMT/SMA preferred.
• Expert knowledge of HVAC, BAS, fire protection, life safety systems; capital budgeting and energy management practices.
• Expert knowledge of contract administration and project management.
• Ability to travel regionally as required.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Strategically manage maintenance and operations across a broad regional portfolio, ensuring consistency and scalability in practices.
• Oversee compliance with regulations, building codes, and environmental standards while promoting client-centric solutions.
• Supervise the development and uniformity of operational policies and energy-saving initiatives across locations.
• Collaborate with clients to assess needs and provide consultative support for projects.
• Prepare and manage regional budgets with a focus on resource allocation and efficiency.
• Ensure building standards are maintained as established in audits and inspections.
• Lead safety training programs and coordinate regional safety audits and inspections.
• Provide regional-level support for emergency response across multiple locations.
• Collaborate with owners and asset managers to ensure operations and profitability; work with vendors for assessments and staffing plans.
