Qualifications

• 12 years of related experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Support employees’ career journey and development, including training and certifications.
• Recruit, interview, and hire new employees to support project workload.
• Deliver a legendary client experience with attention to quality.
• Coordinate workload and utilization with team and TDM for staffing.
• Ensure QA/QC and Health & Safety procedures are followed on all projects.
• Manage the team’s financial performance including utilization and direct labor.
