Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH company, seeks a Regional Engineering Manager to lead engineering operations across multiple Texas facilities, directing product design, testing, and technical support in collaboration with commercial and operations teams.

You will mentor regional engineers, drive process improvements, ensure regulatory and safety compliance, and recruit talent while balancing site needs and cost objectives.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree in Structural or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 6+ years of engineering experience.
• PE certification required.
• Travel ~25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional engineering teams to ensure performance and alignment with company goals.
• Drive process improvements, cost reduction, and technical problem solving across sites.
• Maintain engineering practices, documentation, and quality standards.
• Partner with Operations, Maintenance, EHS and Quality to improve reliability.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize product performance and cost.
• Balance workload across regional teams while supporting plant management.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop engineering talent across the region.
