Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH company, seeks a Regional Engineering Manager to lead regional engineering operations across multiple Texas facilities. You will drive design, testing, and technical support for product lines, partnering with operations to align goals.

The role requires PE certification, 6+ years of engineering experience, and travel about 25%. On-site at Texas plants, you will mentor teams and drive safety and compliance while optimizing costs and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Structural or Civil Engineering or related field.
• 6+ years of engineering experience.
• PE certification is required.
• Travel approximately 25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage regional engineering teams to ensure performance and alignment with objectives.
• Drive process optimization, cost-reduction initiatives, and technical problem-solving across sites.
• Ensure consistency in engineering practices, documentation, and quality standards.
• Partner with Operations, Maintenance, EHS, and Quality to drive equipment reliability.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and policies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize product performance and cost scalability.
• Balance workload across the regional team while supporting plant directions.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop engineering talent across the region.
