Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH company, is seeking a Regional Engineering Manager to lead engineering operations across multiple Texas facilities. You will drive product design, testing, and technical support while aligning with commercial and operations teams to ensure goals are met.

Must have a PE license, a Bachelor’s in Civil/Structural Engineering, 6+ years of experience, and willingness to travel ~25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Civil/Structural Engineering required.
• PE license required and travel ~25%.
• 6+ years of engineering experience in infrastructure products.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional engineering teams across facilities and projects.
• Drive optimization, cost-reduction, and technical problem-solving.
• Ensure consistent engineering practices and safety compliance.
• Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, EHS, and Quality teams.
• Mentor and develop regional engineering talent.
• Ensure product performance and scalable manufacturing.
• Monitor regulatory compliance and documentation standards.
