• PE licensure is required.
• Minimum 6+ years of engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional engineering teams to ensure performance and alignment with objectives.
• Drive process optimization, cost-reduction, and technical problem-solving across sites.
• Ensure consistency in engineering practices, documentation, and quality standards.
• Partner with Operations, Maintenance, EHS, and Quality to drive reliability.
• Monitor compliance with regulations and corporate policies.
• Collaborate to optimize product performance and cost efficiency.
