Responsibilities

• Translate broad business priorities into measurable growth and performance goals for the regional group.
• Recruit, coach, develop, and retain high-performing professionals across disciplines.
• Provide executive oversight for complex projects with delivery risk, contractual requirements, and financial challenges.
