Target is seeking an Engineering & Facilities Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance, reliability, and capital projects across our distribution center. You will drive uptime, safety, and efficiency while managing a team of technicians and coordinating with vendors and stakeholders.

The role focuses on strategic planning, execution, and continuous improvement to keep products flowing to guests with speed and accuracy. A strong engineering background and leadership are essential for success.
