Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years manufacturing, frontline leadership, or technical leadership experience.
• Demonstrated leadership in a highly collaborative environment.
• Proven success reducing losses and improving performance in manufacturing.
• Foundational knowledge of data analysis systems (e.g., SAP, Maximo, Manufacturing Analytics, MQIS).
• Experience with maintenance, reliability, and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline safety leadership and engage the maintenance team to achieve plant results.
• Directly lead maintenance mechanics and capability specialists; build maintenance capability at all levels.
• Drive root-cause analysis to reduce losses and improve maintenance reliability.
• Lead daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly DDS meetings and monitor performance metrics.
• Oversee maintenance foundational systems, DH, BE processes and budget responsibilities.
• Collaborate with Maintenance Asset Care Leader on MP&S to prioritize work and plan resources.
