Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with seven (7) years of manufacturing maintenance experience in a private, public, government or military environment.
• Associate's degree (completed and verified prior to start) and five (5) years of manufacturing maintenance experience in a private, public, government or military environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and direction to maintenance technicians to maximize reliability and efficiency of operations.
• Improve equipment reliability and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) by eliminating chronic losses.
• Shift maintenance practices from reactive to proactive and predictive strategies through root cause analysis and cross-functional input.
