Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering preferred; other engineering verticals considered.
• Experience in the ingredients or chemicals industry.
• 3+ years managing project teams in engineering and/or maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lead Engineering & Maintenance: supervise day-to-day engineering and maintenance activities.
• Planned & Reactive Maintenance: coordinate preventative maintenance schedules and respond to breakdowns.
• Team Leadership: coach and develop the maintenance team.
• Health, Safety & Compliance: ensure compliance with health & safety, engineering standards, statutory requirements, and company policies, while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
