Job summary

EPRI International seeks a Regional Advisor to support engagement in assigned country or region, translating research capabilities into practical solutions, and driving growth, adoption, and impact across the regional portfolio.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, the RA builds relationships with client end users and decision-makers, coordinates with sector teams, and represents EPRI's tools and outputs to advance funded projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience selling, supporting, or managing complex technical solutions in the electric utility, energy, or similar industry.
• Bachelor’s degree required in a technical discipline; engineering degree preferred; advanced degree desirable.
• Ability to engage effectively with individuals at relevant levels within client organizations, including technical end users and decision-makers.
• Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Support targeted revenue growth by identifying client needs, positioning EPRI capabilities, and coordinating account execution in assigned clients, countries, or sectors.
• Establish strong relationships at appropriate decision-making and technical levels within assigned accounts.
• Make general and sector-specific presentations to broaden client engagement and identify opportunities for growth.
• Proactively identify existing EPRI products, solutions, and research outputs that can meet client needs.
• Support the sales process from client needs assessment through close, coordinating internal cross-functional support as needed.
• Capture client, market, and product feedback to inform account strategy and support future EPRI product development.
