Qualifikationen

• Current Virginia EMS certification at the required provider level.
• At least 2 years EMS experience; prior FTO experience preferred.
• Strong coaching, communication, and documentation skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate an H2H vehicle.
• Familiarity with QA/QI processes and regional protocol interpretation is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Provide field training, coaching, and clinical oversight for the region.
• Review trainee performance and complete evaluation tools during ride time.
• Coordinate orientation, field training, and competency assessments with RTC.
• Lead FTO team in the region and onboard new FTOs with mentorship.
• Maintain regional training materials and training records; ensure documentation compliance.
