Job summary

Mobile Medical Response is seeking an Entry level Field Training Officer in Lansing, MI. The role focuses on delivering quality training and field orientation to students, externs, and field personnel, while also fulfilling duties as a road paramedic or EMT.

The FTO will monitor performance, provide feedback, conduct ride-alongs, and support new hire orientation and skills labs, ensuring compliance with QA standards and documentation practices.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed in the State of Michigan as an EMT-Basic.
• Possess and maintain a valid Michigan driver license and acceptable driving record.
• Maintain Healthcare Provider certification from American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality training and field orientation to assigned students, externs and/or field personnel.
• Operate as a road paramedic or EMT.
• Monitor performance, correct errors, provide training and feedback.
• Conduct ride-alongs to observe patient care and customer service skills.
• Assist with new hire orientation and skills labs.
