Commander, Navy Installations Command is seeking a Regional Training & Performance Improvement Specialist to oversee the Employee Experience Program (EEP) across a region, supervising a team of Employee Experience Specialists.

The role plans, creates, and implements a performance improvement workforce learning program for all FFR personnel and acts as the command representative for Academic Partnerships, Student Internships, and Educational/Community Outreach.

Qualifications

• Four-year bachelor’s degree in related field (e.g., Organizational Leadership, Communication) or equivalent experience with 2 years specialized subject-matter experience in performance/service improvement.

Responsabilités

• Oversee region Employee Experience Program (EEP) and supervise a team of Employee Experience Specialists.
• Plan, create, and implement a performance improvement workforce learning program for all FFR personnel.
• Serve as the designated command representative for Academic Partnerships, Student Internships, and Educational/Community Outreach.
• Demonstrate Star Service concepts and strategies; motivate and influence leaders and managers.
• Plan and facilitate meetings, team-building sessions, and group discussions.
