Job summary

Fisk Electric, a Tutor Perini Company, seeks a Regional Safety Manager to lead health, safety, and environmental compliance for its Central and South Texas operations from Houston, TX. You will mentor Division Safety Managers, ensure adherence to Fisk safety programs, and drive a proactive safety culture across multiple sites.

The role requires 10+ years in construction safety with leadership experience, deep electrical safety expertise, and certifications such as OSHA 500, CHST/CSP; CESCP

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive construction safety experience, including 3+ years leading safety personnel in a regional or multi-site role.
• Deep expertise in commercial/industrial electrical safety; NFPA 70E principles.
• Current OSHA 500 certification and a Board of Certified Safety Professionals credential such as CHST, CSP, or equivalent; CESCP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and audit Division Safety Managers across Houston and Central Texas region to ensure consistent safety performance.
• Ensure compliance with Fisk corporate programs, client-specific safety plans, and relevant health and safety regulations.
• Oversee regional safety audits, corrective actions, training records, and incident investigations.
• Direct incident reporting, injury case management, return-to-work programs, and post-incident testing as required.
• Standardize safety plans, PPE, and procedures for regional electrical work.
• Collaborate with project managers, executives, and department heads to address systemic safety issues and drive proactive culture.
