Job summary

Fisk Electric, a Tutor Perini Company, is seeking a Regional Safety Manager to lead health, safety and environmental compliance across Central and South Texas operations, based in Houston.

You will mentor Division Safety Managers, ensure adherence to Fisk’s programs and client safety plans, conduct audits, manage training records, OSHA logs, and incident investigations, and drive a proactive safety culture.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction safety experience with regional leadership.
• Deep knowledge of commercial/industrial electrical safety and NFPA 70E.
• Current OSHA 500 certification and BCSP credentials; CESCP preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Willingness to travel to Austin, San Antonio, and Central Texas locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and audit regional safety managers across Houston and Texas.
• Ensure compliance with Fisk safety programs and client safety plans.
• Oversee safety audits, training records, credentials, OSHA logs, and in-person training.
• Direct incident reporting, investigations, and return-to-work programs.
• Standardize electrical PPE and risk mitigation plans.
• Collaborate with project managers and leadership to address safety issues.
