Job summary

Fisk Electric, a Tutor Perini company, seeks a Regional Safety Manager to lead health, safety, and environmental compliance across Central and South Texas operations from our Houston team. You will mentor Division Safety Managers, ensure consistency with Fisk programs, and drive client-specific safety plans.

You will manage audits, training, OSHA logs, incident investigations, and drug-testing programs while collaborating with project leaders to prevent incidents and improve safety performance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive construction safety experience.
• 3+ years leading safety personnel in a regional, multi-site, or managerial capacity.
• Current OSHA 500 certification and BCSP credential such as CHST or CSP; CESCP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and audit Division Safety Managers across Houston and Central Texas.
• Ensure compliance with Fisk corporate programs and client safety plans; manage OSHA logs and training records.
• Oversee incident reporting/investigations, return-to-work programs, and drug testing as required.
• Partner with project managers and leaders to resolve safety issues and foster a proactive safety culture.
• Travel to Austin, San Antonio, and other Central Texas sites as needed.
