Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive construction safety experience.
• At least 3 years leading safety personnel in a regional, multi-site, or managerial capacity.
• Current OSHA 500 certification and BCSP credential such as CHST or CSP; CESCP preferred.
• Strong ability to interpret electrical drawings and apply NFPA 70E principles.
• Willingness to travel minimally to Austin, San Antonio, and other Central Texas locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and audit Division Safety Managers across Houston and Central and South Texas.
• Ensure compliance with Fisk corporate programs, client-specific safety plans, and applicable regulations.
• Oversee regional safety audits, training records, credentials, OSHA logs, and incident investigations.
• Direct incident reporting, investigations, and return-to-work programs; manage post-incident and random drug testing.
• Standardize safety plans and procedures for regional electrical work; partner with project teams to resolve systemic issues and foster a proactive safety culture.
• Provide safety updates to Corporate Safety Director and executive leadership.
