Job summary

Fisk Electric, a Tutor Perini Company, is seeking a Regional Safety Manager to join our Houston, TX team. You will lead health, safety, and environmental compliance across Central and South Texas operations, mentoring division safety managers and enforcing Fisk's safety programs.

The role requires a high level of leadership, NFPA 70E knowledge, OSHA 500 certification, and BCSP credentials; travel to nearby sites is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive construction safety experience with regional leadership.
• Experience in commercial/industrial electrical safety and NFPA 70E.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and audit Division Safety Managers across Houston and Central Texas.
• Ensure compliance with Fisk corporate programs and client-specific safety plans.
• Oversee regional workplace audits, action plans, and training records.
• Direct incident reporting, investigations, and return-to-work programs.
• Standardize electrical PPE and safety procedures for regional work.
• Collaborate with project managers and leadership to address safety issues.
